A stalled or pending brokerage application does not block the analytics login. If you can access charts but the trading module shows nothing, the credential is fine and the issue sits with the brokerage onboarding.

Signing In on the Web

Open the Investagrams site, select the login option, and enter the email address and password attached to your Investa account. Sessions persist on the browser you used.

• Confirm the URL before entering credentials. Bookmark it once and use the bookmark.
• Log in with the email registered at signup, not a social handle.
• Complete the 2FA prompt if you enabled it, then let the dashboard load fully before navigating.
• On a public or shared computer, log out explicitly rather than closing the tab.
• If the page stalls after submitting, refresh once before assuming the credentials failed.

The Investa mobile app for iOS and Android maintains its own session separate from the browser. Logging out on the desktop does not end the mobile session. A lost device needs a password change rather than a desktop logout.

When the Password Stops Working

Recovery runs through the email address on file, and the timing of that email is the practical bottleneck. Requests typically land within minutes, though mail filtering occasionally diverts them.

• Use the password-reset link on the login screen and enter the registered email exactly.
• Check the spam and promotions folders before requesting a second link.
• A second request often invalidates the first link, so use the newest email.
• Set the new password, then log in on a fresh browser session.
• If the email address itself is no longer accessible, contact support directly through the platform help channel, since self-service recovery cannot verify identity without it.

Security Settings Worth Turning On

InvestaTrade moves real money against PSE-listed equities, and the account protections available are mostly standard but easy to skip during signup. Account security here is less about exotic threats and more about the boring cases: a reused password from a breached forum, a phishing page that copies the login form, a shared laptop.

• Enable two-factor authentication and store the backup codes somewhere offline.
• Use a password not reused on any other site, particularly not on email.
• Verify the domain on every login page rather than following links from messages.
• Treat any unsolicited message asking for login details or an OTP as fraudulent.
• On shared machines, prefer the mobile app with a device-level lock over a browser session.

Funding rails add a second layer of risk to account security. The partner-broker funding channels accept bank transfer, online banking and e-wallets, and those channels move pesos in and out of a PHP-denominated account. A compromised login is not only a trading risk, it is a cash-movement risk.

InvestaTrade commissions run at 0.25% plus 12% VAT, with no PHP 20 minimum, and the statutory charges stack on top.

The absence of a PHP 20 minimum commission is the detail that changes behaviour. On a small ticket, the percentage-based charge is materially cheaper than a flat floor. On larger tickets the fee difference narrows and the percentage itself dominates.

Before You Rely on the Session

Two operational points deserve attention before you build a routine around this login. First, the local market hours shape when a login is even useful: the PSE trades Monday to Friday, roughly 09:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 14:45 Philippine Standard Time, with no daylight saving shift. Falls short for: traders whose edge depends on leveraged forex or CFD execution, and anyone who needs swap-free terms, since no Islamic account is offered.
